Job Description

*Job Description-Inside Sales Officer*

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Generate leads through calls, online platforms, and customer references

2. Connect with farmers, dealers, and distributors to explain company products

3. Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales

4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships

6. Follow up with existing and potential customers regularly

7. Maintain customer data and sales updates in CRM/software

8. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery support

9. Provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction

10. Negotiate pricing and close sales effectively

*Requirements:*

1. Good communication and convincing skills

2. Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling

3. Strong negotiation and follow-up skills

4. Knowledge of CRM or sales software will be an added advantage

5. Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

6. Experience in agriculture/agri-sales will be preferred
