We are looking for a Sales Executive / Coordinator to join our team at SCALETEC MECHATRONICS PVT LTD, The role focuses on expanding the Customer Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, provide information on products, and resolve issues or escalate them to the appropriate sales representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify new client opportunities in the market.

• Handle customer queries via email, phone, and WhatsApp

• Build strong, professional relationships with clients through regular communication.

• Promote product and service offerings that align with customer needs.

Job Requirements:

Qualification : Minimum Diploma and above.

All posts candidate must have Good Communication Skill, must be Well conversant with English, Gujarati and Hindi and must have Basic Computer Knowledge advance excel knowledge is preferred.
Minimum Experiance in Sales - 1 Year.
