Role Overview
The Centre Coordinator is responsible for the daily operations, client experience, and financial growth of the Pranic Healing Centre. This role ensures smooth functioning while actively driving revenue through programs, healing sessions, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities
1. Centre Operations Management
• Oversee day-to-day functioning of the healing centre
• Organising healing sessions, workshops, and classes and event.
• Manage inventory (books, crystals, healing tools, CD, etc.)

2. Client Relationship & Service
• Welcome and guide clients/patients and explain healing services and recommend suitable classes.
• Maintain client records and follow-ups
• Handle inquiries (phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins)

3. Revenue Generation & Business Development
• Promote paid healing sessions, workshops, and certification courses
• Upsell packages (multiple sessions, advanced healing programs)
• Organize paid events, meditation camps, and introductory seminars
• Track sales performance and suggest improvements.

4. Financial & Administrative Duties
• Handle billing, receipts, and daily cash flow
• Maintain expense and revenue reports
• Coordinate with accountants or management
• Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly financial targets

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Knowledge or certification in Pranic Healing (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales and marketing mindset
• Basic accounting and MS Office/Google Sheets knowledge
• Event planning and coordination ability
• Fluency in local language + English
