Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Generate new business through cold calling, follow-ups, referrals, and lead nurturing.
- Connect with clients to understand their requirements and suggest suitable packages.
- Conduct sales discussions, negotiations, and booking closures.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth execution after booking.
- Manage client communication through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
- Maintain lead and sales records using Excel and other tracking tools.
- Build strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Languages Mandatory: English, Hindi, Marathi.
- Gujarati language will be an added advantage.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Emails, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) will be a plus.
- Experience in Sales, Telecalling, Customer Service, Hospitality, or Event Services preferred.
Working Details
- 6 Days Working.
- Saturday & Sunday Mandatory Working.
- Rotational Week Off on Weekdays.
- 10-Hour Shift.
