Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Minimum 1 year experience as a Quality Analyst in a Hardcore Sales Process /BPO (on paper mandatory)
✅ Experience in call monitoring, feedback sharing, call calibrations, and evaluations
✅ Knowledge of quality parameters and 7 QC Tools
✅ Good analytical skills
✅ Good to excellent communication skills in English
✅ Graduate (mandatory)
✅ Age up to 35 years
