As we scale operations at our Bhiwandi facility, we are looking for a dependable and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our plant-level sales and operations team.
What You'll Do:
• Handle inbound inquiries and coordinate with the sales team to process orders end-to-end
• Liaise with the warehouse, dispatch, and production teams to ensure on-time deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of orders, dispatch schedules, and customer communication in the ERP system
• Prepare quotations and pro-forma invoices as directed by the sales team
• Follow up with customers on pending orders, deliveries, and payments
• Assist in generating monthly sales reports and data analysis
What We're Looking For:
• Graduate in any stream (Commerce or Engineering background preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, order management, or logistics coordination
• Working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and any ERP/CRM tool
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi
• Comfortable working from the Bhiwandi plant location
