We are looking for a motivated, confident, and enthusiastic Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team and play a key role in converting leads into long-term clients.

## Key Responsibilities
### 1. Lead Calling & Sales
- Contact qualified leads generated through email inquiries, Facebook/Meta Ads, and other marketing channels.
- Understand client requirements and pitch our services professionally and persuasively.
- Share proposals with prospective clients and follow up consistently to close deals.
- Schedule Google Meet appointments with the appropriate team members for technical or detailed discussions.
- Coordinate meetings between clients and the internal team.
### 2. Client Follow-Ups
- Send timely meeting reminders via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Ensure clients attend scheduled meetings.
- Maintain regular, structured follow-ups until the sales process is successfully completed.
### 3. Outreach & Lead Generation
- Learn and execute outbound outreach strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Google, Email, and outreach software to connect with potential clients.
- Introduce NOIR & BLANCO's services and generate qualified leads for the sales pipeline.
### 4. Proposal Presentation
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our service offerings and proposals.
- Conduct Google Meet sessions to present proposals and explain the scope of services to prospective clients.
- Answer basic client queries and coordinate with the sales team whenever required.

## Who Should Apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi/regional languages a plus).
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable making outbound calls.
- Strong follow-up discipline and organizational skills.
- Basic familiarity with tools like Google Meet, WhatsApp, Email, and LinkedIn.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about digital marketing and sales.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or business development is an advantage (not mandatory for freshers/interns).

## Compensation
