A Telecaller/Outbound Calling Executive is responsible for making outbound calls to promote the company’s product and services, generate leads and set up the calls for further discussion. The role involves maintaining positive customer relationships, achieving calling and lead generation targets, accurately updating customer information in the CRM, and ensuring professional communication while representing the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
As a part of an agile team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to-end target delivery which includes –
Make outbound calls to corporate prospects and existing leads from CRM.
Introduce company services and generate interest among prospective clients.
Qualify leads based on business requirements and project potential.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales/business development team.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-up activities.
Follow up with prospects through calls and emails.
Update CRM with lead status and communication history.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Experience in B2B outbound calling and lead qualification.
Ability to confidently interact with decision-makers.
Good listening and objection-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
