• Graduate in any stream with atleast 50% marks • Good command over MS Office
Skill Set
• Good in Communication skills. • Expertise with MS Office, • Expertise with G-Suite • Staying max. 45 mins commutation time from office • Should be stable in job, not someone who has been jumping jobs often. • Should be honest • Should be open to take additional responsibilities • Marks should not be below 50% in academics
Work Experience
• 3-6 years of experience as a Sales Support Coordinator • Female candidates preferred
Job Role • Centralize the enquiries received from various sources: • Web • Word of Mouth • Reference • Toll free • PMS • AMS etc. • Scrutinize the received enquiries and allocate them to the sales guys • To provide the Initial Meeting Schedule to the Sales person on daily basis
• Keeping track of Sales person visits
• To do the verification of call/meeting done by Sales Person • Responsible to track proposals
• Fix up the proposal meeting appointment and handover the schedule to Sales Person as per their WAP/Geographical area & Segment
• Coordination with depts. for fulfillment of Sales requirements:
• Corner Samples • Visiting Cards • Shade cards
• Required formats/files etc.
• Conduct WSM [Weekly Sales Meet] & Preparing Sales data required on Daily/Weekly basis
• Cross-Verification of AMS/PMS files, DER and conveyance of Sales Personnel
• Coordination with internal departments
• Report to the management through G-Drive
• Any other work depending upon the necessity
