Sales Support & Coordination
Coordinate with field sales and showroom teams for orders, quotations, and product availability.
Follow up with customers for pending quotations and convert leads into sales.
Assist in preparing sales invoices, delivery notes, and sales reports.
Maintain and update CRM with customer interactions, quotations, and order status.
Stock & Product Management
Coordinate with the inventory team for real-time stock updates of laptops, desktops, printers, CCTV cameras, etc.
Ensure sold/rented products are available and dispatched on time.
Manage product listing and updates on company website or rental platform (if applicable).
Customer Communication
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Share catalogs, offers, and product details with potential clients.
Handle post-sale follow-ups for feedback, service, or renewals.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain sales data sheets (daily/weekly/monthly) for product sales, rentals, and customer interactions.
Track due payments and send reminders with coordination from the accounts team.
Support in generating sales performance and target achievement reports.
Internal Coordination
Liaise between sales, service, rental, and accounts departments for smooth operations.
Coordinate delivery, pickup, and installation with the field service team.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware products (laptops, desktops, CCTV, printers, etc.)
Strong communication and follow-up skills.
Familiarity with CRM software or Google Sheets/Excel.
Time management and multitasking ability.
Customer-oriented attitude.
Graduate (Commerce/IT preferable)
1–3 years experience in IT/Hardware Sales coordination
Knowledge of invoicing, quotation, and service tracking systems.
