Job Description – Sales Coordinator
Job Profile:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers or clients based on provided lists or databases.
Introduce and promote products or services to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
Follow a script or a set of guidelines during calls to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.
Provide information and answer questions about products, services, pricing, and availability.
Identify and qualify sales leads by assessing the needs and interests of potential customers.
Record and update customer details, inquiries, and interactions in a database or CRM system.
Handle objections or concerns raised by customers and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the relevant department.
Schedule appointments, product demonstrations, or meetings with interested customers for the sales team.
Conduct surveys or gather feedback from customers to assess their satisfaction levels or improve product/service offerings.
Meet or exceed daily or monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, or sales closed.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during calls, adhering to company policies and values.
Collaborate with team members, supervisors, or managers to share best practices, strategies, and insights
Ø Daily Schedule: Send good morning messages to clients. Make daily client attendance calls for all zones. Follow up with clients on a daily basis. Conduct personalized mailings to visited clients for offers and new product promotions. Attend to after-sales service calls and customer queries. Coordinate with clients for project-related calls and license-related matters. Conduct video calls for business meetings. Visit client sites as needed. Coordinate with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) for layout-related matters. Prepare and send daily reports.
Ø Issues Faced: Delays in receiving other quotations from the administration team. Delays in processing agreements. Senior management issues related to pricing. Delays in layout-related matters handled by Devendra Panchal. Unresponsiveness from the service team for client queries. Video calls with clients who cannot visit the company. Unresponsive clients who do not reply to daily mails and messages.
Ø Weekly Tasks: Prepare and share a daily effective live sheet to the management team. Prepare an expected order sheet for management review.
Ø Monthly Tasks:Prepare and share a monthly report with the management team.
