Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents about Digital Marketing courses
Generate new leads through walk-ins, calls, referrals & digital platforms
Convert leads into successful admissions
Handle student consultation end-to-end (enquiry to enrollment)
Maintain daily follow-ups and lead management
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities
Manage and motivate the branch sales team
Maintain CRM and admission records

Requirements:
Graduation in any discipline
Experience as Student Consultant / Sales Counselor / Education Sales
Strong communication & convincing skills
Target-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing (preferred)
Ability to handle pressure and close sales
Leadership & team-handling skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in EdTech / Coaching Institute sales
Good presentation & interpersonal skills
Local market knowledge
