Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through various channels such as referrals, site visits, and digital platforms
Identify client requirements and provide suitable property options
Conduct property site visits and presentations
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
Negotiate deals and ensure successful closure of sales
Follow up with clients for repeat business and referrals
Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions
Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales (real estate experience is an advantage)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
Self-motivated and target-driven
Basic knowledge of MS Office
