Job Title: Lead Coordinator Location: Rajkot (On-site) Vacancies: 2 Experience: 0–1 year Qualification: Any graduate (experience in calling, coordination, or CRM preferred) CTC: Up to ₹1.80 LPA Bond Period: 1 year Working Days: Monday to Friday Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Benefits: PF, Medical Insurance, 5-Day Work Week, Festival Celebrations, Gifts ---Job Responsibilities- Handle outbound calling for lead generation, follow-ups, and qualification - Maintain accurate and updated lead data in CRM systems - Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Support teams for smooth information flow - Track lead status and ensure consistent follow-ups until closure or next stage - Share timely updates with relevant teams and escalate concerns when required - Provide structured call feedback and lead insights to support sales/marketing - Ensure professionalism and clarity in every customer interaction - Prepare basic follow-up reports and summaries ---Skills Required- Strong verbal communication - Lead follow-up and outbound calling - Familiarity with CRM tools - Time management and basic reporting - Ability to coordinate across departments ---Interview Process: 1.
