We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to support the growth of our AV, Video Conferencing and IT peripherals business. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of sales experience (in any domain), excellent communication skills, a passion for technology, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Generate and qualify leads for AV & VC solutions including LED/LCD displays, projectors, digital signage, video conferencing systems, speakerphones, webcams, collaboration software and IT peripherals.
Manage the entire sales cycle from first contact, product demo, proposal, negotiation to closure.
Conduct onsite or virtual product demonstrations for corporate meeting rooms, classrooms, trainin
Work on sales of IT peripherals such as interactive panels, monitors, adapters, docking stations , keyboards, mice, speaker systems, UPS, cables, webcams, etc.
Create BOQs, proposals, quotations and tender documentation when required.
Maintain strong relationships with OEMs/brands like (example: Logitech, Poly, Yealink, Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Epson, BenQ, Samsung, LG, Bose, Jabra, etc.).
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Collaborate with the technical and project teams for solution designing and deployment.
Keep updated with latest market trends, competitor offerings and emerging technologies.
Maintain CRM records, track opportunities and ensure follow-ups for faster conversions.
1 year of sales experience in B2B, retail, field sales or inside sales (any domain).
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding or interest in technology sales (training will be provided).
Ability to pitch solutions instead of just products.
Comfortable with field visits and virtual meetings.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word).
Self-starter with ability to work independently.
