Position: Sales Executive – Travel Sales & Operations
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our growing tourism team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling travel sales, client coordination, itinerary planning, and operational support to ensure seamless travel experiences for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
Generate and qualify leads through calls, references, social media, and online platforms.
Present, promote, and sell customized travel packages, hotel bookings, holiday tours, and experiential travel services.
Understand client requirements and provide personalized travel solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, travel agents, and partners.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
Operations & Itinerary Planning
Design detailed travel itineraries based on customer preferences and budgets.
Coordinate with hotels, transport vendors, airlines, and local partners for smooth execution of trips.
Manage bookings, confirmations, documentation, and operational processes.
Ensure seamless coordination before and during the trip.
Maintain accurate customer records, booking details, and sales reports.
Stay updated with travel trends, destinations, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer handling and sales abilities.
Basic knowledge of travel operations and itinerary planning preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Passion for travel and tourism industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
