​Role Summary
​The Relationship Manager is responsible for recruiting, training, and driving business through our network of POSPs and insurance agents. The primary focus is to maximize premium mobilization across Traditional and Unit Linked Insurance Plans (ULIPs) by leveraging industry-leading incentive campaigns.
​Key Responsibilities
​Network Management: Recruit, onboard, and actively engage POSPs and agents to ensure a consistent monthly pipeline.
​Sales Growth: Educate the network on high-payout structures, including up to 40% on select Term plans and up to 47.5% on premium Traditional products.
​Incentive Drive: Promote monthly performance contests featuring cash rewards (ranging from ₹3,000 to ₹1,00,000) and international travel perks like Thailand trips.
​Quality Assurance: Monitor portfolio health to align with the company's benchmark of 90% 13-Month Persistency.
​Qualifications & Skills
​Experience: 0 to 4 years in Insurance Sales, Agency Channel Management, or Bancassurance.
​Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of Life Insurance categories (Term, ULIP, PAR/Non-PAR, and Annuity products).
​Core Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and business development capabilities.
