Sales Coordinator / Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle client calls, follow up on leads, prepare quotations, send professional emails, and ensure excellent communication to support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend incoming and outgoing client calls professionally.

• Follow up with potential and existing clients regularly.

• Prepare and share accurate quotations based on client requirements.

• Draft and send emails for proposals, clarifications, and follow-ups.

• Update CRM or internal systems with client interactions.

• Coordinate with internal departments for timely client service.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong verbal and written communication (English & Hindi)

• Good email drafting skills (professional and clear tone)

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Team player with a sales-driven mindset
