We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Executive (Married Candidate) to join our team Brindavan Udyog (india). This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of 20000-30000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Contact inbound and outbound leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, or CRM.
· Understand customer requirements and explain products/services clearly.
· Qualify leads and identify genuine prospects.
· Follow up regularly to move leads through the sales funnel.
· Coordinate with the sales team for meetings, demos, or site visits.
· Handle objections and provide accurate information to customers.
· Maintain lead data, follow-up status, and conversion reports.
· Ensure timely closure and handover to sales/accounts teams.
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
· Maintain professional communication and customer experience.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2-5 Years work experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Computer Knowledge, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
