BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE / MANAGER - Staffing & Manpower Services
Location: Gurugram / Delhi NCR
Experience: 2-5 Years
CTC: ₹3.5-5 LPA (Fixed + Incentives)
Role Overview:
Generate new business and sell comprehensive staffing solutions across housekeeping, pantry services, hospital staffing, and corporate manpower.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients requiring manpower services
Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and field visits
Conduct client meetings and present staffing solutions
Prepare proposals and close deals
Achieve monthly sales targets
Build and maintain client relationships
Coordinate with operations for service delivery
Staffing Services:
Housekeeping: Cleaners, supervisors, facility management staff
Pantry Services: Pantry boys, cafeteria staff
Hospital Staffing: Ward boys, attendants, support staff
Corporate Staffing: Pantry boys, cafeteria staff, Cleaners, supervisors, facility management staff
Target Clients:
Hospitals, Corporate Offices, Manufacturing Units, Retail Malls, Educational Institutions, Real Estate, Facility Management Companies.
Requirements:
Graduate/Post-Graduate (any stream)
2-5 years in B2B sales (staffing/manpower preferred)
Excellent communication (English + Hindi)
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Field work and client visits required
Two-wheeler/car preferred
Freshers with strong sales drive welcome
