Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities in the metals sector, including steel, aluminum, and other alloys.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Conduct product presentations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals effectively.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, outlining achievements, challenges, and forecasts.
Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and quality assurance.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales within the metals or manufacturing industry.
Technical Knowledge: Understanding of metal products, specifications, and industry standards.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in Marathi is a plus.
Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel across Maharashtra and neighboring regions as required.
