Sales Co-ordinator

• Handle inbound calls from potential customers, providing product information and addressing inquiries related to solar solutions.

• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, cold calls, and promote solar products/services.

• Schedule appointments and meetings for the field sales team.

• Coordinate between customers, sales, and technical teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-ups until closure.

• Support marketing campaigns and handle telemarketing activities when required.

• Track sales targets and report daily/weekly updates to the Sales Manager.

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Hindi & English).

• Strong telecalling and negotiation skills.

• Knowledge of solar products (preferred but not mandatory).

• Good computer proficiency – MS Office, Excel, CRM tools.

• Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks efficiently.

• Team player with strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
