We Are Hiring A Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

The Sales Coordinator will handle client communication, follow-ups, quotation coordination, and basic sales support. The main responsibility is smooth coordination between clients and the internal sales/estimation team.

Experience:

02 To 03 years as a Sales Coordinator

Experience in manufacturing or B2B industry preferred.

Salary:

Rs.02.50 LPA To Rs.03.00 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

1- Coordinate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

2- Handle enquiries and share details with the sales/estimation team.

3- Follow up with clients on quotations & order updates.

4- Maintain basic records in Excel / CRM.

5- Support the sales team with documentation and communication.

6- Schedule client meetings and manage follow-up reminders.

7- Provide daily updates to the Sales Manager.

Skills Required:

1- Good communication skills.

2- Must know Marathi for client coordination.

3- Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets.

4- Strong follow-up & coordination ability.

5- Polite, professional, and organized.

6- Basic understanding of quotations and enquiry handling.

7- Comfortable speaking with clients on call (Marathi + Hindi + English).
