Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales team by managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating order processing, and ensuring timely communication with customers and internal departments. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills and be capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Process customer orders and ensure accurate documentation.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
Coordinate with production, purchase, and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch of orders.
Maintain customer databases and sales records.
Generate MIS reports and sales performance reports.
Support the sales team in achieving departmental targets.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
