Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support and Coordination o Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing sales materials, and managing communications. o Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations for prospective clients. o Coordinate the sales team’s calendar and follow up on client meetings, ensuring timely communication and actions. o Maintain and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate and current information.
2. Inside Sales Activities o Conduct outbound sales calls to potential and existing clients to promote products and services. o Qualify leads generated through google and convert them into sales opportunities. o Respond to inbound inquiries through email & WhatsApp, providing information about products, pricing, and availability. o Prepare and send quotations, follow up on proposals, and close sales deals. o Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers by identifying their needs and suggesting relevant solutions.
3. Order Processing and Management o Process and manage sales orders, ensuring that they are entered accurately into the system and fulfilled on time. o Coordinate with the logistics and operations teams to track orders and ensure timely delivery to customers. o Address any issues related to order fulfilment, such as product availability or shipping delays, and communicate with customers accordingly. o Ensure that all documentation related to sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes is properly maintained.
4. Customer Relationship Management o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their main point of contact for all sales-related inquiries. o Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction. o Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. o Conduct regular check-ins with existing customers to understand their ongoing needs and identify opportunities for additional sales.
5. Sales Reporting and Analysis o Prepare and distribute regular sales reports to the sales team and management, highlighting key metrics such as sales performance, order status, and lead conversion rates. o Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales strategies. o Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed. o Assist the sales manager in forecasting sales targets and planning sales activities.
6. Team Collaboration and Communication o Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and customer requirements. o Participate in sales meetings, providing updates on inside sales activities and customer feedback. o Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and events aimed at generating new leads. o Assist in training and mentoring new sales team members as required.
7. Compliance and Best Practices o Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. o Continuously update knowledge of the company’s products and services, as well as industry trends and market conditions. o Implement best practices in sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. o Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to data protection regulations.
Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Experience: o 3-5 years of experience in sales coordination and inside sales roles. o Proven track record in achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service. Skills: o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and team members. o Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales reporting tools. o Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. o Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. o Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
