The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
Process sales orders, quotations, and invoices accurately
Maintain and update customer and sales data in CRM systems
Act as a point of contact between clients and internal teams
Track sales progress and prepare reports (daily/weekly/monthly)
Ensure timely order processing and delivery coordination
Handle customer inquiries related to orders, pricing, and product details
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and contracts
Support sales team in achieving targets through backend coordination
Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales records
