Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative support to the sales team.
Welcome and attend to clients, business associates and important visitors professionally.
Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and regular follow-ups.
Coordinate client meetings, property visits, appointments and business gatherings.
Ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience for guests, including coordinating refreshments and hospitality arrangements.
Maintain client databases, sales records, lead information and follow-up schedules.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth client interactions and timely resolution of queries.
Maintain sales reports, MIS reports, presentations and other required documentation.
Follow up with prospective clients and assist the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities.
Maintain professional etiquette, confidentiality and a high standard of client service.
