Cluster Sales Manager – Retail

JOB BEE is hiring a Cluster Sales Manager for our well-known retail client to drive the performance of retail counters across Mumbai, Gujarat & Pune.

This is a high-ownership, field-oriented role with responsibility for:

• Sales Performance: Driving sales and right inventory sell-through across counters.

• Visual Merchandising: Ensuring VM standards, store presentation and execution.

• Team Management: Maintaining team quality, motivation, productivity and discipline.

• Training & Development: Coaching and training teams to improve customer service and sales performance.

• Reporting & Coordination: Analysing sales/stock reports and providing actionable updates to leadership in Bangalore.

• Store Standards: Ensuring consistent execution and operational standards across the cluster.

Candidate Profile

• MBA / Retail Management preferred; candidates with strong relevant retail experience will also be considered.

• 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably in multi-store/cluster operations or managing Store Managers.

• Experience in Fashion, Accessories, Lifestyle or similar retail preferred.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and inventory reports and convert insights into action.

• Good understanding of Visual Merchandising and store execution.

• Excellent communication, customer service and team-coaching skills.

• Strong leadership and team-motivation abilities.

• Willingness to travel extensively across Mumbai, Gujarat and Pune.

Key Requirement

A hands-on retail professional who can manage multiple counters, drive sales, maintain store standards and develop high-performing teams.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
