We’re Hiring | Sales Coordinator
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales
team through reporting, MIS management, sales tracking, follow-ups, and coordination
activities. The role requires regular interaction with the sales team to monitor field
activities, ensure timely reporting, and drive execution of sales plans.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly Sales MIS reports.
• Maintaining sales data, customer records, and sales performance trackers.
• Creating and processing Sales Orders in Tally.
• Coordinating with the sales team for visit plans, daily activities, and follow-up
actions.
• Ensuring timely submission of visit reports and updating management on field
activities.
• Tracking sales targets versus achievements and highlighting gaps.
• Following up with sales personnel for pending customer visits, reports, and action
items.
• Preparing management reports, presentations, and sales analysis.
• Coordinating with customers and internal teams for order status and sales-related
requirements.
• Monitoring lead status, customer inquiries, and follow-up activities.
• Supporting management with data analysis for sales planning and decision-making.
• Maintaining records of customer meetings, market visits, and sales reviews.
• Undertaking any other responsibilities assigned from time to time relating to sales
coordination, reporting, and administration.
Requirements:
• Graduate in Commerce, Management, or any relevant discipline.
• Female Candidates preferred
• 3 to 6 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, or MIS reporting.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and reporting
tools.
• Hands-on experience in Tally and Sales Order processing.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with sales teams and management effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
