About the Role
SunPower X is looking for a proactive and highly organized Sales Setter to join our growing team. The primary responsibility of this role is to engage with incoming leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments and sales calls for our business development team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Call Scheduling
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries received through calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
Qualify potential clients based on predefined criteria.
Schedule and coordinate sales meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team.
Maintain an organized calendar and ensure smooth appointment management.
Send reminders and follow-up communications to maximize attendance rates.
Appointment Setting
Reach out to doctors, healthcare professionals, and medical institutions to schedule meetings and business discussions.
Connect with corporate HR professionals and decision-makers to arrange appointments and partnership discussions.
Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp when required.
Build and maintain a database of contacts and appointment records.
CRM & Reporting
Update lead information and appointment status in the CRM system.
Track daily outreach activities, appointments booked, and conversion metrics.
Provide regular reports on lead progress and scheduling performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of qualified appointments booked per week.
Show-up rate for scheduled meetings.
Lead response time.
Number of doctor appointments secured.
Number of corporate HR meetings scheduled.
CRM accuracy and follow-up completion rate.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and engage prospects effectively.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and scheduling platforms is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Qualifications
Graduate or pursuing graduation.
Prior experience in appointment setting, telesales, business development, customer support, or lead generation is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
