Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in back-office operations. The role involves handling client communication, preparing sales documents, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with sales executives and clients to process inquiries, quotations, and orders.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, MIS, and customer databases.
Draft and send proposals, invoices, and follow-up communications.
Ensure timely order processing and coordinate with logistics/operations for deliveries.
Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Maintain proper filing of sales-related documents.
Assist in tracking sales targets and team performance.
Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
