Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Co-ordinator to support our sales team in promoting and managing interior & exterior projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client coordination, lead follow-up/updates, and ensuring smooth communication between Customer, Sales/BDM, Design, and Execution teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the sales team with daily customers based tasks.
Handle client inquiries (via phone, email, or in-person) and provide prompt responses. PA to Director reports
Schedule client meetings and site visits for the sales/architects team.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on approvals.
Maintain client database and track sales activities and updates.
Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure client expectations are met.
Maintain sales targets, reports and assist in achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Ensure smooth documentation and filing of project-related correspondence.
Assist in social media or marketing campaigns if required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role (preferably in interior or real estate industry).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
Well-groomed, presentable, and confident in client interactions.
Fluent in [English/Hindi/Other local languages as needed].

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Interior Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
