Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Sales Support: Actively support the sales team in achieving targets by handling daily administrative tasks, such as processing orders, updating CRM records, and preparing sales contracts.

• Customer Communication:

  Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates to maintain high customer satisfaction

  .

• Reporting & Data Management: Generate weekly, monthly, or annual sales reports to monitor performance and maintain accuracy in sales databases (e.g., Salesforce, Excel).

• Logistics & Scheduling: Manage calendars for sales team members, coordinate meetings, and liaise with other departments (like shipping or marketing) to ensure smooth operations.

• Process Coordination: Assist in implementing sales cycles, tracking leads, and ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Previous experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer-facing role is often required.

• Tools: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook), and order management systems.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with internal teams and clients.

• Organization: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Education: A high school diploma is generally required, with bachelor’s degrees often preferred.

• Coordinating with logistics regarding orders.

• Preparing quotes or sales presentations.
