We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Sales Associate with strong knowledge of saree designs and trends. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, building lasting relationships, and ensuring smooth sales operations from inquiry to order completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of saree fabrics, designs, styles, and current trends
Assist and guide customers in selecting products based on their preferences and occasions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service both in-store and through communication channels
Follow up on orders to ensure timely processing and delivery
Manage sales transactions and maintain accurate records
