Job Description

Identify and approach new customers through cold calling, field visits, referrals, and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and other business clients.
Present and promote the company's products to prospective customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing within company guidelines, and close sales.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, orders, payments, and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and order status.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and emerging business opportunities.
Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
