Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in a backend sales working. The role involves coordinating between clients, & sales teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Area

· Coordinate with the sales team to manage orders from enquiry to dispatch

· Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documentation

· Follow up with clients for order confirmations and payments

· Liaise with production and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery

· Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases

· Handle customer queries related to pricing, delivery status, and product details

· Assist in sales planning and forecasting activities

· Support the sales team with administrative and coordination task
