Position Summary:

Omega QMS Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales/Marketing

Coordinator to support our outreach initiatives and strengthen client engagement.

This role involves engaging with both domestic and global corporations and offers a

unique opportunity to work closely with top-tier industry associations and foreign

chambers of commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

 Proactively engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and follow-ups

 Identify and connect with decision-makers in corporate and legal firms

 Conduct targeted data mining and market research for lead generation

 Draft and send professional email campaigns and follow-up messages

 Plan and coordinate corporate events, seminars, and trade show participation

 Build relationships with industry associations and foreign chambers

 Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client interaction records

 Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine outreach

Qualifications & Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

 7–10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or client engagement

 Exposure to working with industry associations and foreign chambers is a

strong asset

 Strong verbal and written communication skills

 Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player

 Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

 Experience with digital marketing platforms is preferred
