Position: Sales Coordinator Location: Faridabad Key Responsibilities • Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication. • Generate leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and follow-ups. • Client Visiting: Conduct client visits to present services, understand requirements, and develop business opportunities. • Address client queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution. • Present company services and prepare accurate quotations, including PT enquiries. • Maintain sales records (Lead Lists, Trackers) and update CRM regularly. • Manage client databases and prepare reports. • Share monthly reports and promotional materials. • Promote certification schemes and communicate their benefits. • Verify client documents and ensure data accuracy. Competency Requirements • MBA preferred (Marketing, International Business, or Operations). • Good understanding of ISO schemes (9001, 14001, 45001, 22000, HACCP, 13485, 27001, etc.), preferably from a Certification Body. • Experience or exposure to cold calling, cold emailing, lead generation, and follow-up activities. • Basic to intermediate understanding of social media platforms, campaigns, and CRM tools. • Excellent verbal and written communication with strong client-handling etiquette. • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook; familiar with lead management systems. • Organized, detail-oriented, strong multitasking and follow-up skills; self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
