Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator with strong Pre-Sales and Tele-Sales capabilities to support our sales team in lead generation, client communication, and sales operations. The ideal candidate will assist in organizing sales activities, nurturing leads, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless coordination between customers and the sales team.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coordination & Support

  • Maintain organized sales records, track monthly performance, and report progress to senior management.

  • Arrange and distribute sales presentations, proposals, and supporting documents to help generate new business leads.

  • Support the senior sales team by processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and keeping clients informed of timelines or delays.

  • Prepare and maintain accurate month-end and weekly sales reports for management review.

  • Collaborate with senior sales staff during meetings to analyze pipeline, targets, and sales outcomes.

  • Monitor and organize inventory while tracking new services and products launched by the company.

Pre-Sales & Tele-Sales Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential customers to generate qualified leads for the sales team.

  • Conduct initial client profiling, understand requirements, and schedule follow-ups or meetings for the field sales team.

  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM follow-ups.

  • Present product and service details over calls or online demos to prospective customers.

  • Maintain and update lead data in CRM systems to ensure accuracy and visibility across the sales cycle.

  • Achieve daily and weekly call targets and contribute to achieving overall sales goals.

  • Follow up on marketing campaigns, digital inquiries, and web leads to convert interest into qualified opportunities.

  • Provide consistent pre-sales support, assist in creating quotations, and share relevant documentation with clients.

Customer Service & Communication

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.

  • Answer customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, or chat.

  • Coordinate between internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requests and orders.

  • Create and distribute internal sales newsletters, reports, and updates for management and the wider team.

Training & Development

  • Attend regular product training sessions to gain an in-depth understanding of all company products and services.

  • Participate in sales strategy meetings, site visits, and marketing events as required.

  • Stay updated with current market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in sales coordination, pre-sales, or tele-sales (real estate, IT, or service industry preferred).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and customer-friendly approach.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), CRM tools, and email communication.

  • Analytical mindset with a basic understanding of online marketing and lead generation strategies.

  • High sense of ownership, professionalism, and enthusiasm to achieve sales goals.

  • Willingness to travel locally (up to 25 miles) and participate in weekend or off-site sales events when required.

  • Strong problem-solving and presentation skills with the ability to assist in marketing campaigns and client meetings.
