JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assist the sales and tender teams in managing lead-related documentation and records.
- Prepare and maintain sales-related documents such as proposals, quotations, and tender submissions.
- Maintain updated records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Track tender submissions and ensure timely follow-ups on ongoing proposals.
- Generate periodic reports on sales progress, tender status, and client interactions.
