Handle sales enquiries received through calls, emails, website, social media, and other channels.
Manage and follow up on incoming leads to convert prospects into customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Generate new leads through online, offline, and other marketing activities.
Maintain regular communication and follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Participate in events, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and networking events to promote the company and generate leads.
Represent the company professionally during client meetings and industry events.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and market trends.
Maintain updated records of enquiries, leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective handling of customer requirements.
Achieve assigned sales, lead-generation, and business-development targets.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, lead status, and marketing performance.
