Sales Co-ordinator

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator with experience in the manufacturing industry to support our sales team and ensure smooth sales operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with the sales team, production, and dispatch departments for order execution.

2. Prepare and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.

3. Maintain customer records, sales data, and order tracking reports.

4. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely updates on order status.

5. Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

6. Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management review.
