Sales Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day activities.

• Manage and maintain sales documentation, contracts, and client records.

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.

• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.

• Follow up with clients regarding payments, orders, and pending requirements.

• Work closely with logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Track sales performance and generate reports for management review.

• Schedule and coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and events.

• Provide administrative support to the sales team for smooth operations.

• Maintain positive client relationships by providing timely assistance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or in a similar role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
