We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Store Executive for our menswear store in Ishanpur, Ahmedabad. The candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent shopping experience to customers and managing daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Attend walk-in customers and provide styling assistance.
• Achieve sales targets and support store growth.
• Manage day-to-day store operations including billing and POS handling.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards (folding, displays, mannequins).
• Handle inventory management including stock inward, tagging and stock count.
• Follow up with customers via WhatsApp or call for relationship building.
• Manage trial rooms and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.
• Maintain store cleanliness and hygiene.
