📌 Role Overview

Designation: Relationship Officer (Current Accounts)

Location: Bangalore (Field-based/Direct Sales)

Compensation: Up to 6.5 LPA (Fixed)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of BFSI Sales Experience is MANDATORY.

We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in Direct Sales (B2B or B2C) who have previously worked in BFSI and have experience in:

Banking/Insurance: CASA, Credit Cards, Loans, or Life/General Insurance.

Direct Sales: Pharma (MRs), Telecom (Postpaid/Corporate), or Consumer Durables (Water Purifiers, Vacuum Cleaners, etc.).

The "Hunter" Mindset: Ability to identify SMEs, traders, and corporate clients to open high-value Current Accounts.

💼 Key Responsibilities

New Customer Acquisition: Cold calling and field visits to acquire new-to-bank Current Accounts (CA).

Cross-Selling: Promoting various banking products to maximize customer value.

Market Mapping: Identifying business hubs and commercial clusters in Bangalore for lead generation.

Relationship Management: Ensuring high-quality service to maintain long-term business relationships.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

A valid two-wheeler and license for local travel.
