Conduct customer residence and office verification for home loan applications
Generate new home loan leads through field activities, referrals, and local networking
Build and maintain relationships with builders, brokers, and channel partners
Assist customers with loan process guidance and documentation
Ensure timely submission of verification reports and maintain accuracy
Meet assigned daily/weekly targets for verification and lead generation
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth loan processing
Maintain proper records and update systems regularly
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
Prior experience in banking, NBFC, sales, or field verification is an advantage
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
