Relationship Officer – LAP

🎓 Eligibility

Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred

Experience: 1–3 years in LAP / Business Loan / Mortgage sales

Local market knowledge of Chembur & nearby areas preferred

💼 Roles & Responsibilities

Sourcing Loan Against Property (LAP) cases

Meeting self-employed, SME & business owners

Collecting & verifying customer documents

Explaining loan product, ROI, tenure & eligibility

Coordinating with credit & operations team

Follow-ups till sanction & disbursement

Achieving monthly login & disbursement targets

💰 Salary & Incentives

Salary: (up to ₹33,000 in-hand)

Incentives:
