Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within HR consulting and contract staffing markets. Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored HR consulting and staffing solutions.
Collaborate with senior management to create and execute strategic business development plans that align with the company’s goals and growth objectives.
Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts. Ensure client expectations are met and managed effectively.
Work closely with current clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional services, both in consulting and contract staffing.
Track and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and client feedback. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for continuous improvement.
Conduct thorough research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use insights to refine strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Required Skill Set:
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in business development or sales within the HR consulting and/or contract staffing industry/EOR.
Proven track record of generating leads, acquiring clients, and achieving sales targets in HR consulting and staffing services.
Strong understanding of HR consulting services, including talent management, organizational development, and contract staffing solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to business development and a collaborative mindset.
Willingness to travel across Mumbai, Navi- Mumbai, Thane & Mumbai Suburbs.
