Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Relationship Manager to join our Broking team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and retaining clients, ensuring excellent service, and promoting investment products offered by the firm. Roles and Responsibilities Acquire new clients through lead generation, cold calling, and networking. Assist clients in account opening and onboarding process (Demat Account, Mutual Fund, Buying & Selling Listed and Unlisted share, Training in Stock Market, Insurance (Life, Health) etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Provided need-based investment advisory, explaining equity options in a clear way Strengthened the client base by onboarding 1 new Demat client with Rs.50,000 account value within the first 2 months through trust-led follow-ups and personalized guidance. Built and nurtured client relationships through consultative conversations, understanding financial goals and risk comfort before recommending solutions. Provide regular portfolio reviews and investment advice based on market trends. Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions. Cross-sell and upsell financial products such as equities, mutual funds, IPOs, demat accounts, listed and non-listed shares etc. Meet revenue and client activation targets on a monthly/quarterly basis. Strong knowledge of equity markets, financial products, and investment strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Client-centric approach with problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle pressure and achieve sales targets. Proficiency in trading platforms and CRM tools Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or related field. NISM Certification
