Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Wealth Manager to build and grow relationships with HNI and affluent clients. The role involves client acquisition, portfolio advisory, and revenue generation through a wide range of wealth management products, including mutual funds, insurance, PMS, AIF, and equity investments.
Key Responsibilities
● Client Acquisition & Business Development
● Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and market outreach
● Build and expand Assets Under Management (AUM)
● Achieve monthly and annual sales targets across wealth products
Product Advisory
Recommend and cross-sell suitable financial products, including:
● Mutual Funds
● Insurance
● PMS / AIF
● Equity & Derivatives
● Fixed Income Products
Candidate Requirements
Education
● Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, Commerce, or a related field
● NISM certification preferred
Skills
● Strong client acquisition and networking abilities
● Sound knowledge of financial markets and investment products
● Strong sales and negotiation capabilities
Preferred Background
● Experience handling HNI or Ultra HNI clients
● Existing client network in the Ahmedabad/Gujarat market
● Experience in mutual fund distribution, insurance, or equity advisory
Compensation
● Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives + Performance Bonus
● Unlimited earning potential with no cap on incentives for high performers
